Tardeo through the sea-view lens
The view arc
Tardeo’s towers rise between Nana Chowk and the Altamount Road ridge. West and south-west facing high floors look over the city to the Arabian Sea and the curve of Haji Ali bay. The very best stack the bay, the Coastal Road and the Worli skyline into one frame.
Obstruction risk
Tardeo is dense and still climbing: new supertalls on and around the ridge can annex a neighbour’s view corridor. There is no protected low-rise foreground like a racecourse or a park here, so the floor band you buy into matters more than almost anywhere else we work.
Orientation & light
West and south-west orientations deliver the sea and the sunset; south-facing high floors trade open water for the harbour glitter of South Mumbai. East-facing units look inland across the city — skyline, not sea.

Tardeo, honestly answered.
West and south-west facing high floors look over the city to the Arabian Sea and Haji Ali bay. There is no fixed floor number that works across Tardeo, because the ridge line and the surrounding towers differ street by street. What is reliable is the direction: east-facing units look inland at skyline, not sea, at any height.
Dadar has Shivaji Park and Mahalaxmi has the racecourse — protected low-rise foregrounds that cannot be built over. Tardeo has neither. It is dense and still climbing, so a new supertall on or around the ridge can annex a neighbour’s view corridor. A view that is open today is not guaranteed to stay open.
Ask what is on the plots between your unit and the water, and whether any of them are under redevelopment or hold unused development rights. A sanctioned plan on a neighbouring plot is public information. It is the single most useful thing you can check, and it is rarely volunteered.
Not yet. We are onboarding verified sea-facing inventory here, and we would rather say that than list a project we have not been inside. Our live inventory is in Dadar. When a Tardeo launch goes live, its full rate card and carpet areas are published up front.
Stamp duty at 6 per cent, or 5 per cent where every co-buyer is female; registration at 1 per cent capped at ₹30,000; and GST at 5 per cent if the home is under construction. On a ₹5 Cr agreement value that is roughly 11 per cent before any developer charge. The full breakdown, with a worked example, is published free at what it actually costs.
